The xchange™ from Pneuma Therapeutics is designed to provide continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) to actively support patients during moderate to deep sedation procedures. It is specifically engineered for patients with medical conditions that directly affect their breathing, such as obstructive sleep apnea and obesity.  The xchange nasal dock delivers high inspired oxygen (FiO2) and monitors end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2) during and after procedures.

Featuring a proprietary soft nasal interface and air chamber, the xchange helps perfect positive pressure by maintaining an open airway, significantly reducing complications like airway obstruction, oxygen desaturation, hypercapnia, and apnea events during procedural sedation cases. This single-use, less invasive airway solution enhances patient satisfaction, safety and outcomes.

The xchange is compatible with existing equipment and comes packaged in a fully inclusive kit that connects to standard wall-source oxygen.
